Unternehmens Invest AG: UIAG acquires share of Pongratz Trailer-Group GmbH

Wels (pta030/09.10.2013/16:35 UTC+2) Vienna/Wels, October 9, 2013 - As of today Unternehmens Invest AG acquired 75% of Pongratz Trailer-Group GmbH, a manufacturer of trailers located in Styria/Austria.

The transaction is still subject to the approval of the antitrust authorities and financing banks. The total investment of UIAG amounts to approximately Eur 3 million.
