Unternehmens Invest AG: Sale of shareholding

The Management Board of Unternehmens Invest AG decided to sell the 24.9% share of CROSS Industries AG for the amount of Eur 45 million to Pierer Industrie AG. The sale is subject to the approval of the Supervisory Board of UIAG and of Pierer Industrie AG. The shares of CROSS Industries AG held by Unternehmens Invest AG will be transferred in several steps until the end of 2015 at the latest.
