Sunways AG: Insolvency proceedings opened

Konstanz/Germany (pta033/28.04.2014/18:25 UTC+2) 28 April 2014 - By a relevant decision the local court of Konstanz today instituted insolvency proceedings concerning the assets of Sunways AG (SWW:GR, SWWG.DE, ISIN DE0007332207) with registered office in Konstanz. According to the statement of the court, reasons of insolvency are given. The previous preliminary insolvency administrator, attorney at law Dr. Thorsten Schleich, Singen am Hohentwiel, of the law office Schleich & Kollegen, was appointed by the court as insolvency administrator. The creditors of Sunways AG were asked to report their claims in writing to the insolvency administrator until 10 June 2014. The court also established a preliminary creditors' committee for the period up to the first meeting of creditors to be held on 9 July 2014.
