Unternehmens Invest AG: UIAG acquisition of shareholding of Anger-Group - transaction terminated

Wels (pta036/03.12.2014/17:30 UTC+1) As already reported on 1 July 2014, Unternehmens Invest AG had agreed on the acquisition of a shareholding of mbi-group Beteiligung GmbH, owner of ANGER MACHINING GMBH and HPC Produktions GmbH.

The parties, by mutual agreement, have terminated the transaction as the closing requirements could not be fulfilled. Both parties will resume negotiations on a possible investment in January 2015.
