So far, Qino Flagship has been holding 1,603,273 shares of BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG. This represents approximately 10.42% of the share capital of BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG.

The voting rights of Ocean Consulting GmbH in relation to shares of BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG, which so far could be exercised indirectly through Swissburg AG and Qino Flagship AG, have fallen below the thresholds of 10%, 5% and 4% to zero on 22 December 2014.
