Equity One Net Invest Incorporated: Application for admission as a SEC (U.S Securities and Exchange Commission) Funding Portal

Portland (USA) (pta013/23.01.2015/12:12 UTC+1) Portland (USA), January 23, 2014 - Equity One Net Invest Inc. announces that the official application of the company as a registered Funding Portal will soon be submitted to the U.S Financial and Exchange Commission (SEC) in Washington D.C.

The starting point for the approval as a U.S. Funding Portal is the 2013 Jump Start Our Business Startups Act (JOBS Act). The SEC has developed specific implementation guidelines and licensing requirements in 2014 based on the JOBS Act. The SEC final rules have not yet been published, but Equity One Net Invest has quite recently contacted the SEC and discussed the upcoming request.

Certain qualifications and prerequisites are expected from Board Members and founders, which are already fulfilled by us. The status as a U.S funding portal allows startups to easily raise capital up to $ 1 million with U.S investors.

It is not required to write a comprehensive share prospectus but the issuer must release some information e.g. its name and address, details about the management and the offered shares. The range of information requirements should facilitate young companies to find investors. The issuer is not required to register with the SEC, which ensures low costs. After a period of 12 months, the issuer may again offer capital up to $ 1 million through the Funding Portal. This simple and inexpensive option aims at startups and middlesized companies. A minimum existing period of the company is not required.
