ATB Austria Antriebstechnik AG: Change in the Management Board of the ATB Group

New Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Vienna (pta021/02.03.2015/15:30 UTC+1) ATB Austria Antriebstechnik Aktiengesellschaft herewith announces that Mrs. Yingzhu Chen has retired from the Management Board as of 28 February 2015 and took over other responsibilities within the ATB Group.

With effect of 1 March 2015 the Supervisory Board has appointed Mr. Jianbo Wu as Member of the Management Board and CFO. Mr. Wu studied Economics and Political Economy and graduated from the Universities of Oxford and Nottingham. He previously worked as a Partner and Managing Director in investment companies.
