PEARL GOLD AG: Commercial Court of Bamako declares Wassoul'Or SA insolvent and orders restructuring procedure

Frankfurt (pta018/30.03.2015/14:00 UTC+2) As result of the protection procedure comparable to the US Chapter 11, the Commercial court of Bamako has declared on March 25th 2015 the insolvency of Wassoul'Or SA, established the 31st December 2013 as date of illiquidity and appointed a public administrator in order to restructure the company.
