BWT AG: BWT closed majority takeover of Mettem Technologies, Russia

Mondsee (pta022/20.10.2015/12:15 UTC+2) After receipt of merger-control clearance from the authorities in Austria, Russia and Ukraine, BWT Aktiengesellschaft closed on 19th October 2015 the already in January 2015 basically agreed majority takeover of Mettem Technologies Group located in Moscow. BWT Group actually holds 63,74% of shares.
