* Operating revenue up by 7.2% to EUR 75.6 million
* Adjusted earnings before tax (EBT) improved by 17.1% to EUR 36.5 million
* First-time publication of selected EPRA performance indicators
* 2016 forecast: EBT of between EUR 38.0 million and EUR 40.5 million before valuation effects

Neuburg/Danube, April 27, 2016 - VIB Vermögen AG, a company specialising in the acquisition, development and portfolio management of industrial properties, has today published its audited results for the 2015 fiscal year and thus confirmed its preliminary figures of March 16, 2016. Consolidated revenue climbed by 7.5% to EUR 75.1 million, compared with EUR 69.9 million in the previous year. As a result, total operating revenue increased by 7.2% to EUR 75.6 million (previous year: EUR 70.5 million) and therefore came within the guidance range for the 2015 fiscal year.

Strong operating growth
Due in particular to the positive operating growth, earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) excluding valuation effects and extraordinary items rose at an above-average rate of 10.5% to reach EUR 57.0 million (previous year: EUR 51.6 million). Following deduction of the entire financial result, earnings before tax (EBT) excluding valuation effects and extraordinary items amounted to EUR 36.5 million (previous year: EUR 31.2 million) - an increase of 17.1%. As a result, both performance indicators came in above the forecast range. Consolidated profit also rose strongly in 2015, climbing by 35.9% to reach a total of EUR 44.0 million (previous year: EUR 32.4 million). Consequently, earnings per share increased to EUR 1.46 (previous year: EUR 1.23), both on a diluted and undiluted basis, which corresponds to an increase of 18.7%.

Due to the positive course of business in 2015, the Managing and Supervisory Boards of VIB Vermögen AG will propose a dividend of EUR 0.51 per share (previous year: EUR 0.48 per share) at the Annual General Meeting.

Positive EPRA performance indicators
VIB Vermögen is a member of the European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA) since 2011 and is guided by the recommendations. The annual report for the 2015 fiscal year has seen the company report on selected EPRA performance indicators for the first time. EPRA earnings rose by 13.9% to EUR 29.1 million (previous year: EUR 25.5 million). EPRA NAV increased by 7.7% to EUR 431.6 million (previous year: EUR 400.4 million), corresponding to an EPRA NAV per share of 15.63 EUR (previous year: EUR 14.52. At the same time, the EPRA vacancy rate decreased noticeably year on year and stood at 1.8% in the 2015 fiscal year (previous year: 2.7%).

Further growth anticipated for 2016
"As far as the current year is concerned, we still see a positive market environment with attrac-tive growth prospects. This is also due in large part to our expertise in the field of in-house development. We are therefore positive in our outlook for 2016 and anticipate operating revenue of between EUR 78.0 million and EUR 82.0 million. EBIT is expected to come in at between EUR 58.0 million and EUR 61.0 million, with EBT of between EUR 38.0 million and EUR 40.5 million (prior to valuation effects in each case). Furthermore, we predict funds from operations (FFO) of between EUR 33.0 million and EUR 35.5 million in 2016", explains Martin Pfandzelter, Chief Operating Officer of VIB Vermögen AG.
