PEARL GOLD AG: No general meeting on 29 June 2016
Frankfurt (pta001/25.06.2016/00:10 UTC+2) 24 June 2016. Today's disclosure at 4.25 pm that the company has been barred via injunctive relief to cancel the general meeting convened for 29 June 2016 did neither originate from the company nor was it authorized by it. At the time the injunctive relief was served, the company had already initiated the postponing of the general meeting by ad hoc disclosure. The postponing did therefore not violate the injunctive relief. On 29 June 2016 there will therefore be no general meeting.
