Berlin (pta075/27.06.2016/22:30 UTC+2) As confirmed several times during the last days, the general assembly of Pearl Gold Aktiengesellschaft will be held as planned on June 29, 2016, in accordance with the temporary injunction of the Magistrate Court Frankfurt/Main (file HRB 84285, case: 27) of June 23, 2016. The invitation published in the online Federal Gazette of May 20, 2016, is still valid and applicable. In case the meeting rooms foreseen in the Steigenberger Hotel Metropolitan should not be available, a short walk to the new meeting rooms will be indicated clearly. All preceding and future notifications by the CEO of Pearl Gold AG, Michael Reza Pacha, on this general assembly have no legal force and are to be disregarded.
