S&T AG (CUSIP A0X9EJ) has successfully placed its announced capital increase at October 13, 2016 under the exclusion of shareholder subscription rights. The company's share capital is to be increased by placement 4,383,620 to Ennoconn Corporation to 48,219,824 shares. The placement price is EUR 10.03.The company will receive gross proceeds from the capital increase of EUR 43.9 million.
The funds generated are used by S&T AG for financing the former acquisition of 29.9% of Kontron AG shares.
