F.I.S. Fabbrica Italiana Sintetici S.p.A.: Issue of EUR 50 million bonds

Bonds are fully subscribed by CDP and listed on the Third Market of the Vienna Stock Exchange.

Montecchio Maggiore (pta023/10.10.2017/18:00 UTC+2) Cassa depositi e prestiti (CDP) on 6 October 2017 has subscribed Eur50 million in bonds issued by F.I.S. - Fabbrica Italiana Sintetici S.p.A. (FIS).

The operation is aimed a sustaining the growth - by supporting investments in research, development and innovation - of FIS, a leader in the manufacture of chemical products for the pharmaceutical industry.

The funds arising from the issue will be employed by FIS to finance the company's new investment plan. The liquidity will be used to implement a series of operations and new activities to increase production capacity, reduce costs, improve operating efficiency and enhance the reliability of systems.

The bond issue - which was structured and placed by Mediobanca - Banca di Credito Finanziario S.p.A., as Lead Manager - has a maturity of seven years, bears interest at a fixed annual rate of 2.747 %. with a bullet redemption at maturity.

The securities have been admitted for trading on the multilateral trading system 'Third Market' organized and managed by the Vienna Stock Exchange.
