Sunways AG: Court order to end preliminary insolvency proceedings

Konstanz/Germany (pta035/13.08.2013/18:10 UTC+2) 13 August 2013 - With a relevant order the Konstanz local court today terminated the preliminary insolvency proceedings against the assets of Sunways AG (SWW: GR, SWWG.DE, ISIN DE0007332207) with registered office in Konstanz and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sunways Production GmbH with registered office in Arnstadt, and lifted the instituted protective measures. A preliminary insolvency administrator had been appointed by the court on 07 May 2013 following a third-party application. After an out of court settlement the applicant now declared his application to be resolved.
