Sunways AG: Court opens preliminary insolvency proceedings

Konstanz/Germany (pta021/21.03.2014/14:00 UTC+1) 21 March 2014 - Following the relevant application of the Management Board of Sunways AG (SWW:GR, SWWG.DE, ISIN DE0007332207), the Konstanz local court has today issued an order to open preliminary insolvency proceedings. The proceedings concern the assets of Sunways AG with registered office in Konstanz and its wholly owned subsidiary, Sunways Production GmbH with registered office in Arnstadt, Germany. The court appointed attorney at law Dr. Thorsten Schleich, Singen am Hohentwiel, of the law office Schleich & Kollegen, as preliminary insolvency administrator. The court order also provides for the formation of a preliminary creditors' committee in the near future.
